The staff proved helpful. The rooftop pool was lovely. I appreciated its proximity to shops and restaurants. I also found the slight river view nice.

The room lacked a window, giving a slightly claustrophobic feel. The air conditioning struggled to cool the space sufficiently. I noticed only one power outlet in the entire room, (, made charging devices inconvenient). The breakfast selection was ample, but the quality was disappointing. the room had a musty smell upon arrival.

location was acceptable to me.
the noise coming from outside kept me up the whole night, and i was really annoyed. i dont know the specific cause of this noise but it was very loud. i could not sleep well at all.

the hotel is near vincom shopping centre. hot water was available. housekeeping services were good. the room was very clean. i found the shower gel to have a nice smell. i was able to easily access nearby attractions.
the breakfast fruit options were limited and not very tasty.

the room included modern furniture and a comfortable bed. the washroom had good facilities. i appreciated the cleanliness of the room and its overall condition (better than other hotels nearby).
